This college-prep Biology 1 supplement is designed for high school students typically taking Algebra 1, providing one science credit. The course develops awe for God’s creation through studies of scientific classification, genetics, ecology, and more.
Students learn microscope skills, biological kingdoms, cytology, genetics, creation/evolution discussions, and dissect specimens like clams, frogs, and sheep eyes (as instructor determines). Labs include online lectures and hands-on experiments with a strong focus on safety and best lab practices.
