World Geography – Online Course Supplement (Ages 14–18)
Geography has had a place in God’s plan since creation. In Genesis 1:28, God commands humanity to multiply, fill the earth, and exercise stewardship over it. This course invites students to explore that calling by studying the physical and human features of God’s world.
Through this online supplement, students gain a foundational understanding of geography, including:
- Map reading and interpretation
- Regional studies of countries and continents
- Physical features and landforms
- Human-environment interaction
- Cultural, political, and economic geography
Class time is highly participatory, incorporating lectures, discussions, simulations, games, and activities that promote critical thinking. Students will not only learn about the land but also how people relate to it and to one another—building global awareness through a biblical worldview.
This course fosters both academic and spiritual insight, helping students better understand the story of God's world and their role in it.
