Primary Math 1 provides young learners with a strong foundation in essential math skills. Designed for students ages 6–7 who have completed Abeka Number Skills K or a similar program, this course combines age-appropriate instruction with hands-on practice and repetition to reinforce early math understanding.
Students will develop skills in counting, number recognition, and place value, along with mastering basic operations such as addition and subtraction. They’ll also explore real-world math topics like time, money, temperature, measurement, and reading simple graphs. An introduction to fractions helps prepare them for future math success.
