The Sparring Clinic is a time to fit students with the correct size safety gear, teach them how to put it on and care for it so it lasts as long as possible.
It is a requirement once a student reaches the rank of green belt; usually about 4-6 months into training.
We will practice beginning drills to start them on the right track to sparring.
