This course aims to help students see the big picture of world history, introduce them to fascinating events, people, and cultures, and spark a lasting love for history. Through this exploration, students will learn that joy and a meaningful life are found by understanding their place within God’s great story.
Drawing inspiration from Saint Columba’s words, “Since all the world is but a story, it were well for thee to buy the more enduring story rather than the story that is less enduring,” this course encourages students to embrace the enduring story of God’s work throughout history.
Ideal for students ages 11 to 14, this curriculum builds a strong foundation for future historical study while inspiring curiosity and wonder.
